Two of the cabins are ADA accessible. Please let us know if you would like to reserve one of these accommodations. 

There is a substantial uphill walk to get to the Solar Lodge and campgrounds .  

Please help us create a comfortable and accessible environment for all. We ask that you not wear perfumes, colognes, or other heavily scented products.

As opposed to Wilbur's clothing optional policy, we are asking that Council attendees please wear swimsuits in the tubs to increase comfort levels and accessibility.

• Towel (Wilbur offers towels for sale in the Country Store)
• Robe or sarong to wear to and from the bath area
• Flip-flops or slip-on shoes
• Slippers to wear inside the hotel (please park outdoor shoes on the veranda)
• Flashlight
• Hiking or running shoes to explore the Nature Preserve.
• Hat & sunscreen
• Water bottle

Check in is between 3 - 9pm, and check out is 12pm from rooms and 2pm from the property. 

We will serve organic vegetarian meals from Thursday dinner through Sunday lunch. Feel free to bring snacks to store in the main kitchen fridges.  Let us know if you have dietary restrictions or allergies, so that the caterer can be sure to accommodate your needs.

Wilbur Hot Springs has several amazing massage therapists and you are welcome to book their services directly through Wilbur for an additional fee.
